Today I tried to get hot water to flow out of the tub faucet in my guest bathroom. Cold water flows fine, but when I turn the lever to hot, it nearly shuts off. The water never gets very hot either. What would cause this restriction of flow for hot water only? How can it be fixed?
I have a Moen single lever faucet that rotates counter-clockwise to turn on. The more counter-clockwise you turn the lever, the hotter the water should get. Thanks for the help! |

What is the carthrage, because I'm having kind of the same problem. When I turm the level to the hot side in my master bath, it reduces the flow, but in the other bathroom the flow is strong. What came cause this to happen?
